Pankajam Memorial Hospital is now fully accredited by the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (under SHCO category), the highest recognition for quality patient care and safety in India thereby joining the league of very few NABH Healthcare centers in Chennai.
NABH standards focus on patient safety and quality of the delivery of services by the hospitals in the changing healthcare environment. The chapter on Continuous Quality Improvement is now replaced with Patient Safety and Quality to increase the focus on this aspect of healthcare.
